1. Student Reception: This exciting event is held concurrently with the general reception on the first day of the conference. Students will establish a sense of community by building connections not only with renowned bioengineers, but also with each other; the crucial new players who will move bioengineering into the next era.

2. Student’s Corner: An area set up within the conference venue where students can post messages for one another or meet up with friends. Find out great places to eat or where other students are going to hang out in NYC after the conference day is complete.

3. Lunch with Leaders! A new spin on a traditional activity! This year you will know in advance who will be at this function, giving you the opportunity to gain more by selecting the bioengineering leader you will lunch with.

4. University and Industry Visits! It is the world’s New York and so are the universities, labs, and industries. Experience visits to the top universities and local industries, where you will be able to see some of the nation’s leading research and technology laboratories.
