Summary: This special symposium, in a panel format, will present how proposals are submitted and reviewed by NIH, NSF, NASA and DOE. Program officers and review administrators from these four agencies will make presentations and answer questions. The audience will receive take-home messages and recommendations for successful proposal writing. The audience will learn about the similarities and differences for proposal submissions and reviews.
